Subscription Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time.

Subscription cancellation timing

- Subscriptions can be canceled immediately after purchase to prevent future charges.

- If a subscription order has already been processed or fulfilled, it may not be eligible for cancellation.

48-hour processing window

- Subscription orders are processed within 48 hours after payment is successfully captured.

- Requests to cancel a subscription after this processing window may not stop the current order, but will prevent all future subscription charges.

Refunds

- Once a subscription order has entered processing or fulfillment, refunds are not guaranteed.

- Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

How to cancel

Customers may cancel or pause their subscription at any time by:

- Logging into their customer account portal on our website and managing their subscription directly

- Emailing us at info@zyoraofficial.com for assistance, if needed

Once a subscription is canceled, no future subscription charges will occur.
Cancellation requests submitted after an order has entered processing may not stop the current order, but will apply to all future subscription charges.
